Download from nic.fb4.noaa.gov not working

I just ran across your message posted on the ARPS forum. A while back, I
successfully ran  a case with the NCEP reanalysis data but I a fellow named
Wesley Eskback (sp??) kindly took time out of his day to get the files from
his database. I basically told me that this was the only time he'd do that
for me. I am now at a point of needing similar data again for another case.
My question to you is did you successfully find the correct data from
another source? If so, could you please let me know where the site is located.

I've been running ARPS for several years now so If your find that I can help
you out in any way to return the favor, just ask.
