Question about EXT2ARPS

Dear ARPS Support,

We are trying to do a CONUS forecast using ETA data as an initial condition.

Based on postings found in the ARPSSUPPORT archive, we obtained ETA files from
ftp://ftpprd.ncep.noaa.gov/pub/data/nccf/com/eta/prod.

Can I use these files directly in EXT2ARPS? If so, how?
