Yes. But you need download the latest ARPS system (ARPS5.1.3).

ARPS5.1.3 is still not announced publicly because we are doing internal
testings at present. If you already registered at
http://www.caps.ou.edu/ARPS/downloadarps.html. You can get the code by
choosing ARPS version "current_work" when downloading.  See file
src/ext2arps/getextd3d.f90 and the commonts for subroutine getnmceta218 will
provide a brief instruction.
