[ARPSSUPPORT] ext2arps using grib2 issue

If possible, please tar your data file and namelist file, and put it in 
ftp:caps.ou.edu:/incoming/ywang/ (you can only put file there and cannot 
list it).

I would like to check whether your data file is supported by the program.
