There are decoders in the ARPS software for:

CASA/Netrad	src/ncrad2arps
NEXRAD Level 3:	src/nids2arps
NEXRAD Level 2:	src/88d2arps/a2io (handles decompressed and modified bzip2
			format), diver is src/88d2arps
TDWR:		src/88d2arps/a2io.  Capability is turned off by default.  I
		don't know if the code still works or not.

Any other format would require that drivers be developed.
