The fix is simple. Just recompile HDF 4 library from source code and
disable netCDF support within the HDF 4 library. The option for that is
"disable-netcdf" when configuring HDF source compilation.

> On the CAPS website "Quick Guide to Programs in the ARPS System" it says that CAPS has a fix for using NetCDF 3.0 and HDF 4.0 interchangeably in the arps2wrf program. Does a fix also exist for arps4wrf? If so, can you please indicated what the fix is.
