        Hydrometeorology Testbed - Ensemble Forecasts and Consensus Products www.caps.ou.eduDesign and run 3-km numerical weather prediction ensembles, develop and test ensemble consensus methods such as the Local Probability Matched Mean and Spatially-Aligned Mean and Machine Learning.
